What is Verse & Vertex?
Verse & Vertex is a family business based in Austin, Texas. We make 3D-printed keepsakes, ornaments, and small objects inspired by culture, memory, and form. Our shop is also a real learning experience — our kids are involved in the business from making to selling to managing profit and community giving. Read more on our About page.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every physical piece is 3D-printed and finished by hand in small batches. Because of this, there may be slight variation between pieces — we consider this part of what makes each one unique.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Physical orders take 2–5 business days to produce, then ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days in the US). Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–10 business days. Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via USPS First Class International. Rates start at $12 for Canada/Mexico. Estimated transit is 7–35 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Is shipping really free in the US?
Yes. All orders shipped to US addresses — including Alaska and Hawaii — ship free, with no minimum purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. If the issue is on our end, we cover return shipping. Digital downloads are non-refundable. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.
How do I download my digital purchase?
After checkout, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page. Files are typically high-resolution JPG or PDF, ready to print at home or through a print shop.
Can I use your digital art commercially?
All digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use — reselling, printing for resale, or sublicensing — is not permitted without written permission. Email us to discuss commercial licensing. See our Digital Download Terms.
Do you do custom orders?
Sometimes! We love working on custom pieces, especially for cultural events, gifts, or community projects. Email support@verseandvertex.com with your idea and we will let you know if it is something we can take on.
What is the 10% community giving about?
We set aside 10% of our profit to support kids in our community who are curious about building, making, or starting something of their own. This is built into how the business runs — not an afterthought.
How do I care for my 3D-printed piece?
See our Product Care page for full instructions. The short version: keep away from direct heat and moisture, handle with care, and dust with a soft dry cloth.
