Our pieces are 3D-printed in PLA or PETG — durable, lightweight materials that last for years with simple care.
General Handling
- Handle with clean, dry hands — natural oils can dull the surface over time
- Most pieces are display items, not toys. They are made to be admired, not dropped
- If a piece has fine detail or thin features, support it from the base when picking it up
Cleaning
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush
- For light dirt, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately
- Do not submerge in water or put in the dishwasher
- Avoid chemical cleaners, alcohol, or abrasive materials — these can dull or discolor the surface
Heat and Sunlight
- Keep away from direct heat sources: sunny windowsills, radiators, car interiors in summer
- PLA can begin to warp at temperatures above 140°F (60°C) — most indoor environments are well below this, but avoid leaving pieces in hot cars
- Prolonged direct sunlight may fade color over time. Display in indirect light for best longevity
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Wrap in tissue paper or bubble wrap if storing long-term
- Keep away from moisture and humidity
Ornaments and Hanging Pieces
- Use the provided hook or a thin ribbon — do not hang with heavy wire or cord that might stress the attachment point
- Check hooks periodically for secure attachment
A Note on Natural Variation
Because every piece is printed individually, you may notice slight layer lines or surface texture — this is part of the process, not a defect. We embrace the honest marks of how something is made.
