Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
Returnable:
- Physical 3D-printed items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
Not returnable:
- Digital downloads — all digital sales are final (see Digital Download Terms)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@verseandvertex.com with the subject line: "Return Request — [your order number]"
- Include a brief description of the issue and at least one photo showing the condition of the item
- We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
- Do not ship anything back until you receive written approval from us
Return Shipping Costs

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrived damaged, please photograph both the item and the packaging before discarding anything. Send photos to support@verseandvertex.com within 14 days of delivery. We will resolve this quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
