At this time we ship physical pieces within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, please email us at info@verseandvertex.com for more information and we will do our best to help.
Digital downloads remain available to customers worldwide.
Processing Time
Because every piece is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, cultural events), processing may extend to 7 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. All US orders are fully trackable via USPS.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please email us at support@verseandvertex.com. We will investigate with USPS and make it right. We are not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
